Skype - Voice over IP Solution

Just when you think that the denziens of evil that brought us KaZaa and Morpheus couldn't do anything but make stuff that steals things from P2P software I discover this package called 'Skype' that uses P2P technology for of all things, voice over IP.

Not only that, but they have a Macintosh version as well. I don't know anyone that actually uses this yet but I've sent a referral link to various people so that they might try it out and we can see how it interacts. I found this little program from a blog entry over at Skype Versus iChat--I was surprised by Ted Wallingford

We'll see if anyone I know wants to use it. The beauty of iChat, Fire and others is that it's not a full time conversation. I can randomly send things back and forth to my buddies instead of having to think and talk the whole time. PLus in the office it lets you surreptitiously do things while chatting with someone all the time would be rather distracting and noticable
