New Digital Camera Body


Put some pictures I just fired away in the kitchen with up on fotki and I'm going to put the D60 body up for sale on eBay probably tomorrow afternoon with some other stuff I've been meaning to put on ebay type thing.

Well I broke down and upgrade my digital camera body from the Canon D60 to the Canon 20D. Quite a leap in difference and Best Buy had a 3 year no finance + $100 Visa Gift card + $55 Best Buy Gift card offer and I figured that was about as good as it was going to get type thing.

Only thing I'm thinking I'll hold off on is the BG-E2 grip for the 20D. I've seen little/no good things about it and a whole lot of bad things, so I'll have to carry an extra battery around instead of putting two in the grip. We'll see how that works out.

It's an order of magnitude faster of writing files to the micro drives and I also got another 1GB Flash card because now I can only get about 85 pictures per GB instead of 140. Since I'm used to 'a lot' I thought I'd do it.
