BBQ Fun
The first three hours are up and I just wrapped
it in foil and now it will sit on there for about an hour before I just then
cook it over the coals.
Well I was attempting to make some new baby back
ribs today. Got them on good and early, and set my clock for the 3 hour start
time before something needed to be changed. My three hours were up and I went
out to check things and...
The fire
went out. So I had to start over at about 5pm. I have 5 hours to cook so we
won't be eating any time soon. The first three hours are up and I just wrapped
it in foil and now it will sit on there for about an hour before I just then
cook it over the coals.
Of course I
made some sauce and that's been floating in the air for like the last four
hours. Starting to drive one batty smelling that all day. I put a little in
the foil to baste it with while it cooks in the foil. In about an hour or so
(9PM) I take it out of the foil and then cook it directly over the coals and
flip it every 20 min until 10pm. Then we can
eat.
Hooray. Hope it comes
out.
