Not a good month for hard drives.


Fortunately I backed up right after getting everything back up and running but now I have to mail off a hard drive again to get the damn thing fixed.

I just get my server all restored, configured, and up and running and then bang, I loose drive.

Once again my stellar RAID array card completely failed to protect me. Fortunately I backed up right after getting everything back up and running but now I have to mail off a hard drive again to get the damn thing fixed. I'm not quite sure yet why the array died since I only lost one drive but I'm not searching for a new RAID adapter. I'm going to put the damn thing on ebay and let someone else have it.
