Off into the world


I'd like to try some of his seafood stuff but she doesn't like half of it and cooking for one person is rather difficult.

Well today we're going to go out into the world and venture to Triangle Town Center and attempt to locate a pizza peel. Today I'm going to make pizza on the Big Green Egg. I decided to use Alton Brown's (or Mr. Brown as Becca calls him) pizza dough recipe for the dough but my usual mess of toppings. I doubled up the recipe for the dough because we have bigger pans than what he used on his show.

I really like his way of doing things and I really want to try more of his stuff. Angi isn't much of an adventurer when it comes to eating it. She'll sure make all sorts of things but she won't eat a lot of it. I'd like to try some of his seafood stuff but she doesn't like half of it and cooking for one person is rather difficult.

I'm going to have to pick up one of his books though. He has a lot of good ideas for using common items vs. speciality items for help doing things. One day.
