Becca vs. the Squirrel


There were some squirrels around, and Becca dropped one of her ritz crackers on the ground so I tossed one at the squirrel.

I forgot about this and wanted to share.

While we were in DC we stopped at a bench along the reflecting pool so Angi could feed Calvin some food and gave Becca a few snacks. She had some fruit snacks and some ritz peanut butter crackers.

There were some squirrels around, and Becca dropped one of her ritz crackers on the ground so I tossed one at the squirrel.

Big mistake.

I WANT MY CRACKER BACK!!!

Squirrel! GIVE BACK MY CRACKER!

To top it off the squirrel of course just hung outside of range, holding up the cracker and eating it as if to say 'ah ha!' and torture her even more. She was in tears over the squirrel eating her cracker. Then she dropped another one and it crawled under the bench and snatched it from between my legs. That really pissed her off.

Finally Calvin was fed and we headed off, she yelled at the squirrel a few more times for good measure.
