It was a pretty decent show and I think Becca really enjoyed it. She was a bit taken off at first by it, probably had something to do with the 8ft tall Big Bird that came charging out. But by the end she was dancing and clapping along.
The 'break the heart' moment came when she leaned over to me and said 'Daddy, Can I get down and go play with Elmo for a sec?'. I couldn't get tickets on the floor and the characters were running onto the floor and giving kids a hug. She really wanted a hug for Elmo and Zoe.
Next year I'll see about getting something earlier. I think that would have made her year to give Elmo a hug.
