Bad Week for the Fishies


First Fishy Boo Boo (the Flame Angel) got pinned under a rock overnight and died, then this morning when we got up to get ready this morning it appears that the other clown jumped out of the tank somehow.

Dammit, Lost a Sea Cucumber


I've been investingating closed loop systems that puts the pump external from the tank and uses PVC pipes with tiny holes drilled in it so that it doesn't have a strong suction point like the power head does.

2nd half of Tampa Bay Rock Ships


So instead of the nice drawn out take pictures of each rock before I put them in like we did the first round it was rip open box, find a spot, put the rock in and repeat.

Found another inhabitant


There is a purple crab that must be hiding in the rocks. Just happened to catch him hanging out on the back side of a rock today and put pictures up on the website.

Live Rock Arrived!


So most of the rock is now in, it's still cloudy from the fine dust of the sand giving hardly any way to see anything so I basically just felt my way around in the tank and put in whatever I found.
