The thoughts that float through my head when I remember to jot them down. An insight into the madness that is me.

Angi is still worried about the little one. She mentioned she hasn't bled or anything, but there has been some type of blood-like discharge. Really something I don't like to talk about normally, but it's a tiny bit scary.

I'm getting drowsy in the afternoon again. It appears the surgery may not have been successfull at stopping my sleep apnea. It however has stopped my snoring all together.

Becca is chattering away at her toys. The noises she makes are quite priceless.

Future baby is fine, everything looks ok except they may have guessed the due date wrong, and it's no 9/5/03 instead of 8/22/03. oh well, i'll take that kinda news over the other any day.

Angi acting like a dingbat attempted to carry a sleeping Becca while stepping over a baby gate instead of moving it.

Which resulted in a nasty fall.

Of course, she started bleeding a bit and now has a call into the doctor about did she hurt the new baby with her being pregnant and all. Things are a tiny bit on the tense side now at the moment because of that. Of course, the first thing I asked when she fell is 'why the hell did you do that?' which was my gut reaction. Keeping in mind that Angi is like 5'4" and the baby gate is almost 2.5' tall you can see why I asked that. Of course that only resulted in making her feel like crap. (whoo hoo, good going there)

We take drop the allroad off for service today. Going to need to rent a car I guess because the TT isn't excatly what one would call a 'family' vehicle. Really don't want to get rid of it but it's getting more and more the point that I might just need too because of the impracticality of it. With two babies (i hope) there could be the time where I would need to drive them somewhere with Angi gone grocery shopping. Again, the TT doesn't exactly hold a lot of groceries either, so not like she could take it (or want too, especially now that she wrecked the allroad she doesn't want to ever drive the TT)

Still no word from the guys in Raleigh. Going to call again tomorrow if I don't hear anything back today. I did send my resume off to another company that had expressed some interest, though I'd really like to stay in Raleigh.

Well, nothing new in the job front because the person I needed to speak to was out ill this morning. Hope he's doing better soon.

one of those random things that family forwards you included a little 'answer these questions then page down' type answer. One of the Q/A's was what month you were born. Amusingly enough, for my, Angi and Becca's birth month the following held:

You will have a great year and will experience a major life-changing experience for the good

Which I found rather amusing.

I started looking at housing thanks to the help of an Audi TT co-hort in Raleigh area. I'm in love with one particular floorplan (http://www.stlh.com/homedetails2.asp?id=589) so we'll see how things progress forward. Really would like to stay within my current employer so that I can continue to enjoy working with the people I work with.

Hopefully get the ball rolling this week and see where that leads me.

Spent the last week in Austin, TX for a big training event. Several exciting things have come up that might lead to a relocation out of little ol' Kansas for me.

Might be North Carolina, or might be Illinois. I'll know more as the week progresses, but Angi has started looking at houses, and I've found a few I'd love to live in.
