Packing up and getting ready to head out to Raleigh tomorrow evening. House hunt round two.
Doing the Easter thing with the family in the morning. Then flight leaves KCI at 4:45. Angi comes back Sunday night around 9pm, but I have to flight south to Florida for a Friday meeting. Feel bad that she has to come back on her own. Kind of tough with the little one. She is getting so big, Little ones sure don't stay little long.

Ah, wonderful. They signed it and everything, but made little changes here and there without initialling it, so things are up in the air until they sign it the right way, or they counter again.

Eh, interesting offer. They wanted me to pay $3000 in closing costs, and close by 5/30. However their current house isn't on the market yet, and they have to sell theirs.
I countered with will give them $3000 if done by May 12th, or $1500 at May 30th. Hopefully give them a sense of urgency to get this deal done so we can get movin.

We'll see how they respond. The agent their using can be a pain according to our agent, he's had problems with him in the past. And his name also sounds really familiar to me. Think I went to school with him.

Well an offer is made on the house. Don't know if I'm excited about it or anything, but it's an offer.
They have to sell their place in Topeka first though. So we'll see, haven't officially accepted it just yet.

Word has it that there might be an offer on the place in Lawrence. Will know more later today on whether or not it's a decent offer, and what the holdups are, etc.

Well I guess the week of the 21st we'll be heading back into Raleigh to find a new place. Angi is going to come with me. I managed to convince her that finding a home is more important than a group photo of all the little ones. Though the group photos are nice, I'd prefer to live somewhere once we sell this place.
Going to Cleveland tonight. Got a couple of presentations tomorrow in the morning and afternoon for a distributer. This should be rather interesting. Don't know my audience that well and not sure what level I'm going to be talking to. Hopefully I don't go over their heads.

Someone was listening.
The house we put money on that I wasn't fond of, the original people finally sold their house. So we don't get it.
So now we have to look for a place to live again. Don't know when we're gonna go back out and start looking again.
