Why TechTV Died

I used to be a huge fan of TechTV. I got a satellite hookup so I could watch it. I religiously viewed The Screen Savers and Pat (no known link for him) and Leo were some of my most favorite TV people out there.

Here's a story from an intern turn production person that lived through TechTV and G4's life.

Basically, the higher ups didn't like us geeks, and wanted more 'lifestlye' type of show and started manufacturing calls. Nice.
