The Government Sticks its Nose Where It Shouldn't - Again.

Seems that this is the case that just won't die.

Let's review the facts.

Woman has heart attack, resulting in massive brain damage in 1990.

After five years, her legal guardian aka her husband decides to let her die.

Parents, unable to let go start legal battle.

Ten years later, she's no better than she was before and now we've got George Bush flying across the continent to sign legislation (way to use taxpayers dollars, anyone heard of a fax?) that would allow her parents, to yet again waste our court systems time with this.

There have been laws passed & struck down in Florida by the other Bush, since he can't get it done he's gotta rely on big brother. My favorite moron from my days in Wichita has now started trumping up the 'right to life' or whatever.

Uhm, let's see. If it weren't for technology, she'd be dead. So let's remove the technology (that the husband is paying for, yeah, 15 years while the idiots sue him causing him all sorts of legal costs too).
